Rental Qualifications and Procedures
Allan Domb Real Estate’s Uniform Written Rental Screening Procedure requires that all rental applications be reviewed using the following criteria:
Rental Application
- Must be complete, correct and verified
Criminal
- Criminal Background Check
- Multi-State Sex Offender Report
Rental Reference Verification from Prior Landlord
Financial
- Revolving credit must be 60% or higher
- Rent must be 33% or less of gross income
- Last 90 days of pay stubs or last two years of tax returns or financial portfolio showing at least 10x annual rent must be provided
